6. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you authorize Plannova to charge your selected payment method for recurring fees.

Current subscription options:

• $99 for 3 months
• $199 for 12 months

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. Renewal fees are charged at the then-current rate.

All payments are final. Refunds are not provided except where required by law.

7. Affiliate Links

Plannova may recommend third-party tools or services. Some links may be affiliate links and we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you.

8. Intellectual Property

All platform content including prompts, frameworks, workflows, calculators, assessments, branding, and tools remain the intellectual property of Plannova.

Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without written permission.

9. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to the platform. By using the Services, you grant Plannova a non-exclusive license to store and process your content for the purpose of operating the platform.

Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
